I met Dale Richards through Artie Isaac at a baseball game in Columbus, Ohio, and one of our first conversations surrounded the 7 (or maybe 8 – it’s an ongoing debate) ways a batter can advance to first base. This conversation eventually led to Dale’s 7 methods to increase performance, value, and profitability in a business. Metaphorically, it was essentially the 7 ways to advance a batter to home plate, since Dale’s strategic methodology provided a set of tools that can be immediately integrated into any business with great result. Even just a week after our conversation, I’ve started utilizing the information provided by Dale to positively impact marketing efforts at the startup company where I work as Marketing Manager. I will also certainly be implementing his techniques as we develop our training methodology.
